This cookie is filled with dried lavender buds that enrich it with a distinct floral taste. If you close your eyes while you nibble on this cookie, you can imagine yourself standing in a field of lavender, surrounded by its calming aroma lightly drifting past you.

To create their delicious texture, while also making sure that my cookies are healthy and beneficial to my customers, I sweeten them with brown sugar and honey. I have been told that they are exactly the thing to brighten up a bad day. The other ingredients in this batch are dried lavender buds, flour, butter, salt, and various other edible flowers and herbs.

Please note that each cookie is unique and made individually by hand. Herbal and floral toppings can vary depending on the season. Cookies stay fresh for two weeks without refrigeration, three weeks with refrigeration and can be frozen for up to three months (If you are one of those rare people who can stop eating them after just having one.) Cookies are packaged in a transparent plastic box to showcase the beautiful botanical toppings.
